The Homes

Accommodation is provided in three comfortable, homely detached houses set in the community amidst other similar large family homes located in East Surrey and West Sussex. The homes are decorated, furnished and maintained to a very high standard . Each generally accommodates between 4 and 5 residents.

Lynwood is a large detached Victorian house situated at the edge of Redhill town. The home easily accessible from the M25  and Redhill mainline Rail station. The  main house comprises a very spacious  kitchen/dining room and living room, and 5 resident bedrooms, 2 bath/ shower rooms and an office and sleep in room.   Adjacent to the house is an annexe, which has a large multi function room used for leisure activities/clubs and meetings as well as a laundry room, bathroom and sleep in room.  Lynwood s registered to accommodates up to 5 young people.

 

 

 

The White House is large detached house set in attractive gardens situated on the edge of the village of Merstham in Surrey. It is located just off the M25  and near to Merstham main line rail station .The house has a large open plan dining and living room, a conservatory which is used as the young women’s study or meeting area and houses their computer, a kitchen, cloakroom, office, and 5 good sized residents bedrooms  and 2 staff sleep in rooms a bathroom and  2 separate shower rooms all with toilets.  The white house is registered to accommodate up to 5 young people.

 

 

 

Woodend is a large detached house in a semi rural location between Horley and Gatwick. The property is surrounded by substantial lawned and wooded  gardens frequented  by deer and other wildlife . The downstairs accommodation comprises a very large kitchen/dining room, living room, cloakroom, office .  Upstairs are 2 bathrooms, each one with bath, shower and WC together with  the staff and residents bedroom. Woodend is registered to accommodate up to 6 children and young people although will usually not take more than 5.Woodend is accessible from Gatwick and Horley main line rail stations and from the M23.
